The China General Machine Components Industry Association and the China Fastener Industry Association(CFIA) have been actively supporting, guiding, and assisting fastener exhibitions across China—including Shanghai, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Suzhou, Yongnian, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Chengdu, etc.—to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the domestic fastener industry. In 2017, some fundamental changes took place in the domestic fastener exhibition landscape. With approval from relative authorities and through collaborative organization of all parties involved, the construction of the "International Fastener Show China" was initiated at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, which show covered the entire industry chain and displayed the industry scale. The China Fastener Industry Association actively coordinated with exhibition companies to host fastener exhibitions. In November of the same year, a press conference was held in Shanghai, where the China General Machine Components Industry Association, the China Fastener Industry Association, Shanghai Afastener Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., jointly announced the organization of the International Fastener Show China (IFS China) starting in 2018. The IFS China aims to grow to be the largest and most influential industry event in China and even Asia, and to promote the development and cooperation of the fastener industry and economic & trade exchanges within industries.

International Fastener Show China, the technical fastener exhibition is initiated and hosted by China General Machine Components Industry Association and China Fastener Industry Association, representing the authority and influence in the industry. What’s more, IFS China is one of the three largest fastener events in the world and the outstanding show in Asia which covers the whole fastener chain.

With more than 59,000 square meters, IFS China 2026 will assemble over 1300 exhibitors, which are well-known fastener enterprises in the world, covering machinery manufacturing, automotive, new energy resources, aerospace, shipbuilding, petrochemical, IT, electronics, infrastructure and other application industries.

With the promotion of "China intelligent manufacturing" and "The Belt and Road", the global fastener market will increase substantially in the next few years. The pursuit of a stronger nation for fastener industry shall be fulfilling with your participation.
